Brightness, a much-loved music and art festival, will hold its 10th anniversary outdoor festival this fall. The festival has recently been held at "Chidori Park," an open space with a vast lawn with a beautiful view of the ocean and the night skyline, not far from the city center. The exhibition has been held at "Chidori Park," a space of openness and openness.

Since 2013, Brightness has been pursuing its own unique style of holding events in scenic locations in the suburbs of Tokyo, featuring jewel-like artworks scattered throughout the venue, beautiful visuals and light effects, dynamic showcases, and music of all genres, not just dance music, all in one place. The festival is a remarkable outdoor festival that attracts many people with its unparalleled organization that combines not only dance music, but also other genres of music.

The first lineup announced under the strong will to promote the festival with even more effort than before includes "OZworld," which symbolizes the new age hip-hop scene, and "GAGLE" from Sendai, Tohoku, will also perform for the first time.

Shakaboju," who was one of the first to mix trance and hip-hop, will appear for the second time, as well as "THA BLUE HERB" track maker O.N.O.", a track maker of "THA BLUE HERB", "DJ KENTARO", the solitary turntablist, "GREEN KIDS", a new generation hip-hop crew that has attracted a lot of attention, and the San-Pin Camp generation. This fall, the festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary under the theme "EVERYTHING CHANGES BUT NEVER CHANGES - Back to 0.0". In the "new world" that is drastically changing with the advancement of technology, we vow to "express absolute values that will never change", and this will be the 5th festival held at Chidori Park. We are preparing to deliver to all the participants the "perfected form" of the event at this location, the fifth time it will be held at Chidori Park. We will announce the grand image, concept, and content of the event as soon as possible, so please look forward to it. We hope you will be able to join us in this fantastic world that will be updated in every detail, from the production and sound system to the details. We look forward to seeing you at the festival for two days of mind-blowing entertainment.

Over the course of two days, the festival will total more than 30 hours in celebration of the 10th anniversary of music and the arts. We hope to see you again at Chidori Park this fall!

Please read the notes in this event information before coming to the event. By participating in this event, you agree to all the precautions and guidelines.
The organizer and the media may film and record the event, the benefit meeting, and the surrounding events, and use the footage for media coverage, advertising, promotions, online media (including SNS), and products for sale. Please be aware that the audience may be filmed or photographed in such cases.
*After confirming the reception of admission, we will manage the visitors with special wristbands and take strict measures against illegal visitors.
Advance tickets will be discontinued once the number of tickets has been sold. No additional tickets will be sold, so please purchase your tickets as soon as possible.
The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation due to natural disasters or unforeseen accidents.
No drinking or smoking is allowed for those under 20 years of age.
ID check will be conducted at the venue reception. Please bring a photo ID.
There will be no refunds in case of postponement or change of the event date or cancellation or change of the performing artists.
No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation by the purchaser.
If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately. In such cases, there will be no refund of the fee.
Food, alcohol, food and beverages are strictly prohibited and will be subject to baggage inspection to prevent the introduction of hazardous materials. If any such items are found to be brought into the venue, they will be confiscated.

Only tent ticket holders are allowed to bring tents into the venue. Tarping is not allowed.

About coming to the exhibition
Access : From Kawasaki Station
From Kawasaki Station, take municipal bus No. 04 bound for Municipal Pier, No. 05 Higashi Ogishima Circulation, or No. 07 bound for Higashi Ogishima Nishi Koen-mae to JERA Kawasaki Thermal Power Station. 2 minutes on foot.
By cab, it takes about 10 minutes from Kawasaki Station.

*About 30 minutes from Shibuya Station to JR Kawasaki Station.
*About 10 minutes by cab / 20 minutes by bus from Kawasaki Station.
There is no parking at the venue. If you come by car, please be sure to use a large parking lot in the neighborhood. Please use public transportation as much as possible, as it will cause inconvenience to the surrounding area.
Please do not park on the street. If illegal parking is found, your vehicle may be towed.
