After a year-long hiatus, Brightness Music & Art Festival returns for its 12th year—ushering in a new chapter of music, art, and immersive experiences.

Set against the industrial nightscapes and the open skies of Higashi-Ogishima East Park, this two-day all-night festival will take over one of the largest lawn areas in Kanagawa, complete with a beach, ocean views, and sunrise/sunset spectacles. Located just outside Tokyo, the site offers both serenity and easy access—a rare blend for an outdoor urban festival.

We’ve always strived to go beyond just dance music—welcoming artists who resonate with fans of hip hop and rock alike. This fall, we continue that spirit with a curation unique to Brightness, to create a festival that sparks joy and movement in every heart.

The industrial nightscapes of Kawasaki—renowned worldwide—carry a haunting, emotional beauty. Set in this atmospheric backdrop, you’ll experience a stunning blend of music, lighting, and immersive landscapes, framed by beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Expect large-scale art installations and spatial designs crafted by artists, sculptors, and creators from across the country—a true sensory spectacle.

* All sales are final. No refunds for cancellations, artist changes, or weather-related disruptions.
* Photos & videos may be taken by organizers or press. Attendees may appear in future promotional content.
* Alcohol will not be served to those under 20 (bring ID).
* Overconsumption of alcohol is prohibited. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave.
* No outside food, alcohol, flames, or drones allowed. Violations may result in confiscation or ejection.
* Smoking permitted only in designated areas.
* Keep the area clean. Sort your trash and follow staff instructions at waste stations.

Pets & Outdoor Gear
* Pets are welcome but must be under full control at all times.
* Allowed: Folding chairs, mats, small outdoor gear
* Not allowed: Coolers, tables, large gear, outside food/drinks
* Tents allowed only with Campsite Tickets.

Weather
The event will proceed rain or shine. 
Please bring appropriate clothing, including warm layers and rain gear.

🔖 Wristbands
Wristbands will be exchanged at entry and must be worn at all times during the festival.
Lost or removed wristbands will not be reissued and may result in denied re-entry.
